About Us
From beginning to end, your legal matter will be under the personal direction of the firm's founder Georgette Miller.
Ms. Miller immigrated to the United States with the goal of becoming an attorney and the desire to help anyone in need.
As a result, Ms. Miller attained her Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers School of Law - Camden and has a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Taxation from Temple University School of Law. Ms. Miller has practiced in some of the largest regional and international firms in the country and has also been in-house counsel with a significant real estate investment trust (REIT).
When she isn't practicing law, she can be found either on the tennis court (playing very poorly) or in her native homeland of Jamaica, surrounded by her family.

Meet Our Staff
Carrie Boyle
Carrie Boyle is an Associate at the Law Offices of Georgette Miller, Esq. She Joined the firm in December 2009 and is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.
After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, Carrie went to work for multi-million dollar commercial real estate developers/owners: Zimmer Development company in Wilmington, NC in 1999: and then, The Goldenberg Group in Blue Bell, PA in January 2002. While working in the commercial real estate development industry, Carrie gained Extensive experience in the acquisition, Financing, leasing, and management of the companies' assets.
Carrie received her Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers Law School in 2008. While in law school, Carrie was very actively involved in the pro bono Bankruptcy project where she assisted indigent residents of Southern New Jersey file and complete a Bankruptcy, and she authored a paper concerning the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005.
After graduating from law school, Carrie worked as a contract lawyer and gained experience in ERISA law and federal pre-emption issues, and developed additional real estate development experience as counsel to Gloucester Township in the acquisition of real property and development of a senior housing complex.
Carrie is an accomplished violinist who performed with the symphony orchestra in Wilmington, NC for four years. Additionally, she is a PADI certified scuba diver and experienced sailor.
Michelle V. Lee
Michelle V. Lee is an Associate at the Law Offices of Georgette Miller, Esq. She joined the firm in February 2010. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars.
Michelle received her undergraduate degree in International Relations and Japanese studies from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA and her Juris Doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C. in 2005. Michelle clerked for the Honorable Frederica Massiah-Jackson after finishing law school. She also previously clerked for the Delaware Department of Justice, Civil and Criminal Division as well as the Environmental Integrity Project in Washington D.C.
As an Associate Attorney for the law firm of Villari, Brandes and Kline, P.C., Michelle was able to put her legal education to work working in the firms litigation department. She was instrumental in several cases of personal injury that resulted in large settlements. Michelle also served as in house counsel for Supperbox, Inc. where she was responsible for managing copyright and trademark issues for the clients, as well as consulting with clients in reference to property rights.
Michelle is a member of several Professional and Bar Associations. These include the national Bar Association's Women Lawyers Division, Philadelphia Chapter, The Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association as well as the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is a court certified arbitrator for Philadelphia County and is fluent in Japanese as well as a accomplished musician.
Robert I. Masten, Jr.
Robert I. Masten, Jr. is an Associate with the law Offices of Georgette Miller, Esq. He is our most recent addition to the Firm, joining us in July 2010. Robert is a member of the Delaware State Bar.
Robert did his undergraduate work at the University of Scranton, graduating with a dual Bachelors/Masters degree in History. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law, graduating in the top 5% of his class. His last position prior to joining the Firm was as an Associate Attorney with the Law Offices of Cross & Simon, LLC., doing corporate bankruptcies. Prior to that he was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge Jan R. Jurden in the Supreme Court of Delaware, as well as serving as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Donald F. Parsons, Jr. in the Court of Chancery in the State of Delaware as well.
